Performs specified duties, with the exception of the fiscal and Minerva Circle duties, in absence of and at request of the President.

Serves as Chair of Program Planning and Development Committee, which coordinates service projects and all program committees, including national initiatives.

Serves as a member of the Executive Committee (EC) and Executive Board (EB).

Performs the duties of the President, with the exception of the fiscal and Minerva Circle duties, in the absence of the President and First Vice President.

Prepares and presents to the chapter an annual State of Program Planning report no later than the April chapter meeting.
